      A good, but hard and underpaid boost to your skills

      Pros

      I was working as Junior Designer for 7 months on project called Vector Education. Great design team, really much to learn and to develop as a designer. Interesting projects and tasks. An opportunity to make good acquaintances in designers' community.

      Cons

      Very underpaid work with non-paid overtimes. Excessive discipline without any visible reasons. Management is hard-reaching.

      Pros

      Interesting non-repetitive work, the pleasant attitude of the superiors, a quite decent salary for part-time work.

      Cons

      Inconsistency of the working day. As in other consulting firms, the peculiarity of work on projects does not allow to distribute work over the week (there are weekends though).
