      Pros

      Great coworkers, wonderful owner, and everyone had fun with each other. The therapists are very knowledgeable and truly want to help the patients.

      Cons

      Some longer hours when holidays occurred, but other than that there was nothing negative about the company.

      Autonomy of practice, many continuing education opportunities, many clinics available to allow for career advancements. Great clinic culture and atmosphere allowing for a fun and engaging work environment!

      Salary is competitive, but somewhat less than other local opportunities. Lack of incentive bonuses for staff PT
