Pros

I’m struggling to find any ........... maybe that it’s taught me never to work for suppliers again

Cons

Aggressive management regularly using ritual and public humiliation as normal practise. Staff in tears every day as fear tactics and threats used often. Massive staff turnover as most people are sacked. I cannot give this company any stars

Pros

Well established company within the business with investment in the business and staff.

Cons

Terrible working environment. Management style is old fashioned and very negative micro management, not creative or collaborative at all. Sink or swim ethos. Thrown in at the deep end with no sit downs or 1:1 with management for expectations or introductions. Staff turn over incredibly high. Unrealistic expectations meaning set up for failure. Long hours expected with no acknowledgement. Read contract thoroughly as long hours are written in and no sick pay. Will appear to be looking out for staff well being with work life balance a wfh culture but this is not true.
