I am leaving this review as a warning to potential employees looking for information on this firm. This is a revolving door company with not many people staying more than a few months to a year. First, the salary you sign in your contract is the salary you will receive by-weekly despite how many additional hours you work. You will be paid for a 40 hour work week even if you are working 60-70 hours a week. There is no overtime pay and there is no "banking" hours for additional time off. Project management is abusive and disrespectful. There is no onboarding process when you begin and you are called "a disappointment and useless" for not knowing studio standards despite never being introduced to them. At the time of employment there was no external sources to report inappropriate behavior. Management is very close and will not resolve any issues putting people in uncomfortable situations. I strongly advise potential employees to look closely into this firm before accepting a position here.
