The pay is so little it's a complete waste of time. They keep you clinging on with a promise of a raise from $13 an hour to $17 an hour as long as you keep a high agent score. What they fail to mention is that they avoid doing any scoring so they don't have to give a raise. On top of that I genuinely believe their app has no users. Just as a test I put in a few tasks through the app myself and the quality was so poor and it took so long that I should have just done it myself. When bringing compensation concerns to management they reply with criticism that has zero context i.e. 'we are going to belittle you to try to make you think you don't deserve more money'. When offering to help with the agent scoring (since they are months behind meaning you will not be paid fairly for months) I was told that those tasks are saved for the best of the best...... best at what? Not getting things done?

Unfortunately my experience was the same as some of the other bad reviews I’ve seen about this company. Terrible management, training is basically watching videos & a couple test runs, but once you start there is literally no feedback or real help whatsoever. You get rated on a scale of 1-5 for each task, and the the reasonings for the ratings are generic pre selections that get repeated, so you don’t actually learn anything useful about what you could’ve done better. Then as soon as your rating drops below 4.3/5 you’re waitlisted aka laid off. (I find this funny because the company itself doesn’t even have a 4.3 rating) Do not get me started on how inefficient the work flow is. The bugs and entire approach towards task management is laughable. There is no chain of command, you can “reach out” for help but you find out later it’s other”chiefs” that are just as clueless as you assigned to help there
