Unfortunately my experience was the same as some of the other bad reviews I’ve seen about this company. Terrible management, training is basically watching videos & a couple test runs, but once you start there is literally no feedback or real help whatsoever. You get rated on a scale of 1-5 for each task, and the the reasonings for the ratings are generic pre selections that get repeated, so you don’t actually learn anything useful about what you could’ve done better. Then as soon as your rating drops below 4.3/5 you’re waitlisted aka laid off. (I find this funny because the company itself doesn’t even have a 4.3 rating)
Do not get me started on how inefficient the work flow is. The bugs and entire approach towards task management is laughable. There is no chain of command, you can “reach out” for help but you find out later it’s other”chiefs” that are just as clueless as you assigned to help there
