Pros

No pros. The founder Johanna has zero trust in her team and always micro manages. She doesn’t care about the well-being of her employees- all she cares about is her company. She doesn’t care about our leaves and made us overtime almost every day without paying extra and that’s still not enough for her. She’s on crack and mentally unstable with crazy mood swings. Her team keeps changing and never last for more than 5 months (usually less) cause no one wants to work with a psycho. She also doesn’t pay her collaborators (influencers etc) Omg there’s so much to say about her and this lame company. But ok I shall stop but this is the honest truth.

Cons

All of the above I said. So screw you Johanna. Maison21G’s ideas came from a number of people but she only takes the credit to herself.

Pros

Training (In 2020) was solid, used to be a good place to get an IT role, now it's a place that'll put you off IT for the rest of your career

Cons

-Excessive target requirements -Abusive micromanagement -Flagrant misinformation disclosed to staff from managers, constant lying and shifting of goalposts -No respect whatsover for the well being of staff and the immense stress that's put on them because the company is greedy and doesn't want to renegotiate their contract to fit their rapidly dwindling staff. If you get a job here, know that this place isn't likely to bounce back from such an appaulingly badly managed year- These snakes will lie to your face to get what they want out of you and they do not deserve the excellent people who worked for them, who have now all moved on from this dumpster fire of a company.

If you want your mental health to be healthy and ok, then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t work here. Management don’t listen to you when you’re struggling with your workload, they just shout at you to take more tickets and be on available. It’s impossible to work your own ticket queue if you’re also having to take up to 8 tickets a day. They don’t care about their staff, training was messed up and a shambles.. I’d avoid this company like the plague if you have any self worth!
