      Pros

      The pay is ok. Benefits are on par with the industry.

      Cons

      The company is selling vaporware. When they do have to actually live up to their side of the agreement, they fall back on connections in industry and "We did our best, thats all the law says we have to do". The CEO is one of the biggest liars I have ever met. Sell sell sell, it doesn't matter if the product actually exists, much less work.

      1) Good experience 2) Quiet office environment

      Cons

      1) Very underpaid 2) Had to participate in "on call shifts" which required you to answer calls 24 hours a day for 7 days, while still working your normal 40 hour week. With little bonus pay 3) Micromanaged 4) Poor leadership
