Friendly team and competitive pay, but role confusion persists

Supervisor, manager and colleagues are super friendly and helpful. The salary is competitive such that, every extra calls made, will paid extra. Overtime is paid.
Cons
The job description does not say it is for oversea clients and it also mentioned "on-field" while the job is actually customer service from Malaysia to Australia. Some of the problems are not solved from the root and it causing confusion between employees. We are the mediator between the client and the RnD team in HQ and RnD team often ignore messages causing the client to be mad at us as the mediator. In the office, we are not fully exposed to the real site issue and conditions, thus this makes us very confused and for people with non-electrical background, It is going to take long time to understand with many products from the company.
