Pros

For a company that has gone through so much structural change in a short period of time, it's been a wonderful experience working with a kind, empathetic and diverse team of people across business functions from research, customer growth, marketing and everything in between. The current senior leadership team is an inspiring and eclectic mix of people who lead with passion, vision and a great sense of humour. A very flexible work environment with two mandatory days in the office. Lots of social events to facilitate connection and that make coming to work really pleasant. Great office location across from Parliament. All in all - a fabulous company that lives and breathes their THRIVE values. Bonus points that it's a company that conducts Australia's largest workplace mental health survey and whose mission is to help workplaces thrive today and tomorrow.

Cons

When I first started we were understaffed and I was spread extremely thin with too many competing priorities to feel like I was achieving anything. As Marketing Coordinator I found myself doing the jobs of five people. But in spite of this I was supported by my manager and the whole team as to never feel overwhelmed or at risk of burn out. Glad I stuck it out, now more people have been hired to share the workload.
