I've been in a remote role for a while now, and honestly, the best part has been the people. Everyone is super supportive and always ready to help out, which makes the whole experience so much more comfortable and collaborative, even from a distance. Plus, the flexibility with working hours is a game-changer. It really helps in managing personal commitments alongside professional ones. And the work itself? It's been great for practical exposure, giving me real responsibilities and helping me understand things better.
