Pros

None I can share honestly

Cons

Doesn’t care about staff, only supports you as an employee if it “doesn’t effect business” holds unrealistic standards in stores with slower customer count. Gaslights its employees to work consistently outside of business hours without pay.

Pros

Very little tbh except future experience for better jobs elsewhere.

Cons

Walk ins are fine but we also survive on repeats. If you have a dumb, indifferent phone person and upper management which they did, then the salon and us lose out on lots of money. Catty infighting
