Pros
A lot of nice colleagues, HR and administrators are really friendly Easy to enter the market through them if you are a student
Cons
Really start-up vibe even after they have been on the market for many years, often chaotic with toxic mentality, mean jokes and a lot of peacocking. CEO and Seniors make fun of rival companies during team building, so if you strive for collaboration, search somewhere else. Hard to get a salary upgrade even when your experience grows. Noticed that many girls were not allowed to come back after pregnancy leaves. Not great with social pay (almost non-existent)
