Surfboards Decent Sick time and PTO No policies other than show up and work
Cons
CEO is a corporate yes man, will not stand up to ownership for good of the company. Ownership Abroad is a puppet master no one can get away from. All important conversation done behind closed doors with no input or communication to the staff. "Leadership" is non existent at all levels, there is not sense of team here.
