Changes in how processes are handled is a regular occurrence in the field, some because of laws, others because of potential improvements. These are communicated, but can be frustrating to expect instant 100% accuracy right after being notified of changes. Management can be difficult to get answers from because they have a massive workload. Being in a remote setting, communication within different teams can always be improved.

The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.

Sometimes the amount of work expected of the employees is an overload while others have a minimal amount.
