Pros
Everyone is chillin, it's never boring to have a meeting with these guys. Just brainstorm and any idea can be put into effect. Definitely a good place to use your knowledge to create something. The group work here is what I loved the most.
Cons
If you don't like startup and want to seek something huge and stable, then it's not your place
