The communication with administration and corporate. The pay is not enough and previous raises affect the raises that you are owed and deserved. Director expects more than your job entitles but won’t promote you to a higher CPL level, despite the hours of training you put in.
They will pay for you to get your CDA, families are nice, benefits are typical, discounted childcare
Cons
Always understaffed (they don’t/can’t keep good, dependable teachers), hire anyone to apprentice but it’s more like they shadow the other teachers, and with the turnover, being shuffled around, it’s hard to learn. Massive lack of professionalism all around (from teachers up to admin) inconsistent rules (they don’t apply to everyone equally)
