They pay decently well in all positions.
Cons
There is no opportunity for growth . Every employee in a management position is only there because they knew the CEO from a previous job, and they get paid very very well. They won't be going anywhere. They will tell you they want to see you succeed but do absolutely nothing to help. Turnover is high I guarantee you won't be here more than 4 months
