1. Total body shopping company. No clear roadmap If you are technical experienced guy 2. Every second person is director here 3. No learning. You will be continousely working for clients day and nights without any new learnings and your skills will be eventually outdated. 4. Bad HR policies which are kept in some hidden location and comes out to you as surprise. 5. Hire and fire attitude

Compensation was decent, people are generally nice and helpful, company has aspirations and makes sure people are aware of it

Cons

Had some great people but the quality of projects is often not a good match, in need of a country leader who knows the stuff and has a proven track record of creating new high-value opportunities to deliver the company's aspirations

- they had arranged two interviews but the interviewer did not attend - after the success interview, they mentioned the role that they are hiring is no longer valid and asked me for another interview for another role - after the successful interview for the another role. I have waited almost two months for the offer letter that never came. HR keep asking me to wait due to various reasons.
