      Synergy is an incredible place to work, and I feel fortunate to have been part of the team for several years. Starting as an interactive recruiter, I’ve worked my way up to a senior recruiter, thanks to the supportive environment and growth opportunities. I love the team, the career development, and seeing my hard work pay off. While recruiting can be challenging, the unwavering support from my colleagues makes all the difference.

      I have nothing good to say about this company

      Cons

      No healthcare for 3 months or PTO. No 401k Unorganized processes, going against internal employees instead of distributing business across multiple recruiters. No metrics but will let you go without notice. Onsite every day. Manager doesn't do anything to help, just badmouths employees and says how lazy everyone is. Commission structure is terrible.
