Pros

- If you just want to get your foot in the industry but no one will hire you? Don't worry, Synic will! - Willing to sponsor visas, etc

Cons

- Low pay, ever so slightly higher than minimum wage - Late pay. Every employee. Every paycheck. - Management not transparent. Management will never tell you anything or what's going on - Shady management Will sign you up for grant programs without consent or eligibility. - No mentorship. Don't expect any senior or intermediate level devs to help you out or teach you anything, because they don't exist. - .net MVC, no modern framework. - Company has a lack of clients, be prepared to work on a project that has no business prospect. - More marketing employees than there are full time developers (2 -3 left? all juniors). - Shady practices, does not remove past employees from website, unless asked to do so. Many fake employees. - Be ready to pump out half-baked web applications because of tight deadlines and unrealistic requirements. - Buys fake reviews in an attempt to gaslit potential candidates and clients

Pros

There are no pros to the company

Cons

- Shady use of website. More than half of the employees listed doesn't exist in the company - MANDATORY UNPAID vacation during end of year - Low pay, 40k starting with no room to grow. - Horrible project management. Clients are under staffed and you have to juggle multiple projects at once. - No culture, no company held events. All events are paid out of your pocket - Every new hire is a fresh grad with no senior developers helping - Wear too many hats. You're not only doing development but also QA, project management and nonsense sprint meetings as well - Lack of integrity and promises.
