      No life work balance and very stressful

      If you are higher management, you can get high salary and good package. So eating up lots of company money.

      Cons

      Bad management. Always changing. They take package and leave the company. Always cutting off people and hiring which does not make sense.

      I met some great people there.

      Cons

      Hiring the wrong people, firing the wrong people, firing the people that should have been fire too late. Pay ridiculous salary to incompetent people. Every year the revenue is going down. The sales people are over paid. The company is going down the hill.
