Pros

Networking: Can see new colleagues join and leave the company daily. Have common thoughts about how terrible is the environment of the company.

Cons

1. Enjoy MICROMANAGE everyone in the office. 2. NOT GENTLEMEN to women staff, take everyone as SLAVE. 3. Thought himself is a GLOBAL Chief, therefore everything must either HIS-WAY or GO-AWAY. **PS: Eventually there's only ONE team with only ONE staff for each department among all the countries. (ONE Country, ONE Employee) 4. Suppose work 48 hours/week , eventually HAVE TO work 55 hours/week, BUT UNABLE to CLAIM OT. 5. Everyone HAS TO work with his type of "UK CULTURE WAY".

Great supportive colleagues to work with.

Cons

Worse leadership ever, very contradictive. Job description doesnt match Job Responsibilities. Most times you're doing things that you are not well versed in and get scolded if its not what it is. CEO micromanages everything, haunts you down, Delusional CEO, Disrespecful. Expect employees to be available at all times to complete the task (even at midnight) No proper systems, processes.

Pros

Team mates in the office are super super helpful as much as they can be. If you can stand it, you might learn a lot of stuff you can learn on-the-go 'proactively'

Cons

CEO micromanages everybody until we all go nuts. It's his way or go away. CEO wants everything HIS way, even when it's actually wrong. No care on whether you have the skill to do things or not.
