Great culture with talented people, but lacks structure
Pros
Synpulse is a genuinely good company. The quality of talent is top tier and advanced by a diverse mix of personalities and nationalities, across offices. This means a healthy amount of disagreement and necessary collaboration has bred a very open and forward thinking culture. It supports the core value of the business (consulting in advisory and tech) very well. I'm impressed by leadership as well, who, despite their responsibilities are a set of responsible people who have consistently demonstrated accountability for their decisions and even apologised to junior staff for making minor mistakes. Overall a great place to work and I hope it stays that way. To add, the company is in a very interesting space and is actively developing its AI and strategy arm. Great place to work and build your portfolio.
Cons
Cons are this company is unstructured and run like a startup despite being a global organisation. It's great for people who are adaptable; if you are someone who needs direction however you will have to get used to being OK with making mistakes and switching up on the fly. This company also rewards people who knows how to market themselves. I'm of the school of thought that this is in general necessary for career advancement; however if you're naturally introverted my tip is face time is necessary to get noticed by leadership purely due to the large amount of people vying for attention
