      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Flexibility of work schedule and work from home is amazing.

      Cons

      Poor management and feed back. Management kept about half of the meetings to provide feedback the said they would. Downsizing was frequent and often without warning.

      great mission, I loved working with kids in a dynamic, collaborative experience to support communication and teamwork. I really believe these are the skills needed most for our future.
