      Pros

      Management is very professional and recruiters goes out of the way to get you job in your preferred location. The work environment is also very friendly.

      Cons

      The company charges complete fees for H1B application which may be difficult for many.

      Pros

      They will accept you even if you're not a top notch developer. This is a company that takes advantage of inexperienced people, they pay low wages but they also have lower entry barriers. So if you haven't found a better offer by a well established company like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, this might be worth considering as a way to get some work experience in the US.

      Cons

      * You have to practically chase people down to get the information you need. * Initial salary below the average.

      Pros

      I currently work for Systems USA on H1 and they did not charge me anything for the H1. In fact they even paid for all my expenses to get the stamping done. I also know many other employees of Systems USA who are on H1 and all of them did not pay anything for the H1 or spouse visa. Maybe the person who told you that they charge for H1 didn't know what they are talking about.

      Cons

      Starting Salaries are just a little bit lower than market but they raise it within 6 to 12 months. I guess they are just trying to cover some of the relocation expenses that they pay for during the first few months.
