      Just got fired without proper employee appraisal!

      Nothing much to shout about.

      Cons

      This company has the tendency to fire anyone if you are trying to outsmart your boss or they find that you are too expensive to keep. All C-level executives treat subordinates like children, think they are top performers when in reality all have backward thinking and lost touch with cutting-edge technologies. They hired you but don't make full use of your capabilities.

      - Management shows great trust in employees - Ethical and have good values when dealing with clients - People are extremely supportive

      - Decision making from management takes a while - Lack of proper process / structure in place - Need proper training and development for employees
