Pros
Good interview was positive at the beginning. Then things soon went downhill. Instructions were vague, internally clickyness, staff off sick, low morale, and people pushed beyond their limits.
Cons
Communication is their main issue. They dont train new staff make them feel welcome to get the best out of them. PMs are siloed and feedback on work is critical. They are trying to bite off more than they can chew.

Pros
Working at TACP has been a great experience for me so far. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help, and I'm learning so much from being involved in a range of projects.
Cons
Sometimes it would be nicer if more people came into the office rather than work from home as it can be a bit quiet some days.
