      Pros

      Amazing culture. Everyone is so nice. The work is rewarding and fun. All the amazing eBay perks while still feeling like a close, smaller company. Good work/life balance. Excellent efforts toward diversity and inclusion which is especially important nowadays. Company outlook seems good.

      Cons

      Possibly limited opportunity for growth, I haven’t seen many promotions. Slightly lower pay than industry standards.
