- There's a room for career development - Pay very well for experienced and talented personnels - Encourage technical staff to develop their skills through technical certifications and trainings

- Won't feel engaged with teams members likely for a long time. Not easy to make relationships neither on the work nor personal levels - The work environment sometimes becomes toxic - Management approach with regard to dealing with staff mistakes often is not professional - High pressure work environment - Working from home is not desired unless there's a valid reason - Social events are rare
