Compensation is just ok and there's teamwork.

Unfair management, favoritism at its finest! No growth, no work life balance, Overtime Thank you, toxic "family" culture, The President's attitude is unbelievable. If she doesn't like you, you will receive sarcastic treatment, very unprofessional and very greedy. Not a leader, just a boss who wants money.
