The salary is good for the market if you can put up with all the BS from ownership and management.
Cons
Never really clear who is in charge! Never seen such vicious infighting in such a small company. Worked there for a number of years and found climate changed dramatically in years prior to my leaving. Went from small, friendly company to one characterized by infighting, lack of clear hierarchy and control structure, and dishonesty with clients. Also, market segment is slowly waning, so the long-term future of the business is doubtful, at best.
