      Pros

      TMI Creates a satisfactory environment to hone skills and improve professionally. Intellectually stimulating work environment and a very accommodating work culture. Its a great place for learning

      Cons

      HR services is a Niche area and in terms of Business , its highly unpredictable. Hence when we have targets for revenue generation, job becomes highly challenging and pressurizing while chasing the targets.
