      Pros

      One of a very few corporate in South Korea with good culture. No one forces you on anything and basically MD is a job that you can do your own work dealing with external partners so you just need to do your job under your own will. This company doesn't have 'Korean' work culture. Most of the team leaders are open-minded and other team members mingle well

      Cons

      Relatively low salary compared to other corporates in similar size. There are some positions you can't move to another company because TMON is basically one of a very few market player.
