Pros
Only pros that come with this company is when theirs is a layoff. Worst company I've worked for. Not all teams operate like this team.
Cons
This company owners are a cancer to this whole Amazon operation. There's no training, management will surprise you with writes ups that are outrageous. They lie about Amazon standards to make employees work harder. Their own management quit because they we're trying to have him fire good employees just to save money when routes are reduced. Worst team ever.
