Pros
Schedules are flexible. Front-of-house and concession staff are able to sign up for shifts at all venues even we need to meet mimnimum shift sign-up requirement at our home venues. Complimentary staff ticket is a major perk.
Cons
A duty manager has been very rude to front-of-house staff members and even patrons. The management did not create an environment where staff feel safe to report these issues. The CEO was rude in a meeting with front-of-house and concession staff, saying he can fire us whenever he wants. The meeting was supposed to address complaints from staff regarding management, so this attitude was neither respectful nor professional.
