      A lot of products to work on, and if you're technically good, there are ways to separate yourself from the avg developer.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic company, most of the people in management positions have no clue about software development and technical stuff, so they decide "blindly", and thus make poor choices and stress the technical staff.
