Pros

They have a decent location of the office in CP.

Cons

This place was the worst experience of my life. The attrition rate here is OUTRAGEOUS which says a lot. A majority of female staff here is not even sticking by for more than a month. Will not write much but it's absolutely NOT a female friendly organisation. If you are joining here please do your homework about this place. That's my only advice. I cannot even give a single star in the ratings.

Pros

Location.... That's it.... Nothing else....irs in CP so easy to reach

Cons

Let me start by saying that if you are female and have been trying for this place DON'T.... I have never encountered more unsafe place to work.... There is a pattern if erratic behavior from the so called "management " but more importantly it is the one particular guy who is totally deranged His eyes will contineously roam on female employees.. If abide abd agree with him all is good but if you dnt believe me vetting that goes wrong in the work is your fault... You'd be humiliated-n whole office's view- in way you cant imagine As one of these previous reviews rightly said they think they are gift to the mankind. This is the most unsafe place I had the misfortune of working.... And yes attrition rate is sky high... I have seen women quitting span of less than 2 months.... Girls if you are reading this please don't go for this place..... It's a bunch of old vulgar men who hire female staff for their own cheap agendas ...

Pros

The only good thing about TPCI was the erstwhile employees. Unfortunately, none of them could survive anymore. I know this ain't a 'Pro' point. Just saying though.

Cons

TPCI is noting more than a den of wolves now!!! Wolf Number 1: The so-called 'Chairman' of TPCI. He is perhaps the most erratic minded and ill-mannered man you will ever have the misfortune to come across. Complete lack of planning. Not worthy of being called an 'Entrepreneur'. Hiring and then compelling his employees to resign and even fire them is perhaps his favorite hobby. 2. Wolf Number 2: The Secretary general of TPCI, who is an old man. Again, a very erratic minded man. Praises a person today and casts the same person to hell the very next day. Extremely authoritarian and arrogant. Unnecessarily boastful. 3. Wolf Number 3: The Joint DG of TPCI. He is undoubtedly the most vulgar, misbehaving, uncouth and lustful person in the organization. The way he hovers his eye over women in the office is a matter of worry. Now coming to the general problems: 1. All management personnel in TPCI feel that they are God's gift to mankind and everybody working under them are slaves. 2. Rationing of resources like employees' refreshment is a matter of concern and the way it is done in TPCI is completely unheard of. 3. Overall, apart from portraying itself as a council and siphoning of Government's money in the form of MAI Funds, TPCI's secondary objective is to harass its employees. There are countless instances of mental harassment and deliberate destruction of employee morale by the management personnel and also employees at the topmost level. 4. TPCI is not a Council like EEPC, CAPEXIL, etc. It is simply a pseudo-council. It has an inglorious track record of betraying the trust of its few members during trade shows. All the numbers of participants in it's post show reports are completely doctored, even false names. 3. Financial manipulation and irregularities is also rampant in TPCI because the organization itself was built on the basis of false documents and misrepresentation of facts at the central ministerial level. The day Central Vigilance Commission visits TPCI to check its operational records, that day would clearly sound the death knell of the so-called Council. 4. Attrition rate is outrageously high for four reasons: (i) The management harass the employees, compelling them to resign. (ii) Many a times, the management simply fires long-term employees, without even giving a damn. (iii) Employees at the beginning of their career leave because they don't feel safe at TPCI. There are many others point that could be shared. However, I am sharing these points primarily for freshers who are searching for a job and are at the beginning of their career. Never make the mistake of joining TPCI !!
