Pros
Good work environment, people are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Wages are below average, some of the top managers completely lack of people's skills and don't provide proper coaching. The relation with corporate offices is very tense and they're not open to explanations and/or criticism, but they rather make mean criticism to anyone who dares to defy them. Corporate offices doesn't understand American law and is very insisting into applying their own policies, even if they go against the law.
