Pros
Different types of work. Always overtime if you want it. Good people to work with in a personality sense.
Cons
Management has no clue how to actually manage and generally are so focused on getting things done that there is little to no thought put into how its going to be done. There is also a problem of not having clearly defined roles on who is in charge of what which tends to lead to people cutting the feet out from each other with conflicting orders. you are expected to give high quality, expert work for absolute minimum pay rates.
