They don't even offer you a decent laptop; I end up using my own. Is Very "COLD" department to department. Vulgarities are "live" in weekly Skype meetings and in emails replies to female or male colleagues. There is a total lack of respect from the management. Salary payment was delayed twice within 5 months of employment. There is NO ISO standard training provided at all as in the Job Description; very much a 3 hours OJT training by a senior. You are condemn for every slightest mistake you make and it will be made known to all. I can take all the above, no problem at all - if this company conducts their business this way. Pity their clients.
