      I cannot think of anything positive to say about TRUGlobal. Because all of my comments are Cons, please refer to the section below.

      Cons

      Multiple security cameras in the office watching the employees and listening in while you work in your cube. The CEO watches on his iPhone when not in the office. The U.S. office is a shell with only a few people in it while 99% of the employees are in India. Unprofessional environment that treats employees poorly. Many issues and complaints with payroll and contractors. The CEO is always looking for a new receptionist because he treats them like it's 1955 and has them do his shopping and prepare his meals and run his errands. an overall nightmare experience working there.

      First of all it is not a software company. it is a consultancy.safe as long as you are in client location.once your work is over in client location trugloabl immediately terminate your services with out any notice.They don't even try to place you in some other company.Here firing and hiring is common.

      Cons

      management only knows firing and hiring only.They don't have any vision.

      LIES LIES LIES - this whole place is based on BS, which is funny because is CEO's favorite word. Lies to win business, lies to get people to join. All business only won with bribery and illegal ways. Cannot win business through any legitimate way. Turnover is EXTREMELY high. Company can't do very simple things, dont know why they haven't been shut down. Oh I know... because nobody knows who they are
