Pros

There is work, alot. Not really anything positive to da about this place .

Cons

Work 6 days a week or more. No pay raises which they promised. Health benefits suck. Bad management of time. Engineers don't know what their doing. Supervisors don't want to help out when ur short staff. They give females special schedules so they don't have to work weekends. They call their selves owners of departments because they work you like a slave and treat you as they own you. The supervisors and management don't really know or do their jobs correctly. They care more about the floors being clean and the shop looking good rather than caring about employees or the product they make.

Pros

Employees are friendly though disheartened by overall treatment by supervisors, management, owners

Cons

Employee turnover/lack of retention due to low starting wage-coompensation, no "merit" increases, no advancement. Benefit package cost increased, substantial cut to employee time off (vacation, sick leave), seems to be a 2 tier company - the haves (mgmt) and the have nots (hourly employees). Not an employee oriented company at all. They've become more of a disappointment with each new owner. Most manufacturing departments have mandatory overtime especially around the holidays, then pay employees regular hourly pay instead some sort of overtime. Management at the local level all the way up to the CEO just don't get that there's a problem.
