Pros
If you want responsibility you can get it. Good focus on standards and learning. When I left company was growing (even during pandemic). Doesn't have the "big company" culture issues.
Cons
Has typical "small company" issues.

Pros
The project work is diverse. The people are great. Lots of learning opportunities. The office is close to downtown, easy to get to and has free parking.
Cons
Doesn't have some of the benefits that big companies have like RRSP matching. The benefits are just ok.
