      Berlin-based branch (PACE) in a great location

      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Interesting projects - Not many hierarchie levels - Very good IT equipment - If you deliver great work, they make you feel valued

      Cons

      - Internal communication is a problem - Quite a lot of "senior" members of staff are just passing their time. "I don't care"-attitude throughout the company - Your success in salary negotiations strongly depends on which Managing Partner you talk to - A lot of mediocre skilled workers - No personal development, if you don't push long and hard for it
