Seems like a scam
Unpaid, unclear and ever-changing instructions
Takes weeks to get a contract
Interns work more than paid employees and at random hours
Working at Talent Hack is truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. The employees are hardworking, capable, and talent individuals who make me feel like a valued member of our T/H family.
What Talent Hack continues to build is a network that should be celebrated and shared through the fitness/wellness community. Its a pleasure to be surrounded by such hardworking super-humans that I can learn so much from.
Cons
We work hard, we work fast, and at times we work long hours. This comes with our start-up territory and requires each individual to be on top of their individual work. This job is not for the faint of heart!
Talent Hack is unlike any other team I've been part of. It's a family - a family that encourages you to be your best, collaborate, celebrate the wins, help through the hard times and grow. The team is dedicated to our talent + customers and truly get excited by their growth and success. We are motivated to succeed and will work until we feel confident and sure in our work. We value each others opinions and everyone listens respectfully to one another. Our individual strengths and weaknesses balance each other out and our overall goal is unanimous. "Work" doesn't feel like work, and we as a team have goals + dreams for Talent Hack's vision.
Cons
This is not a typical 9-5 job, it's a lifestyle and a consumer facing business as well. When you find something you're extremely passionate and excited about it doesn't feel like work though. We know our work is positively impacting the lives of others and we do everything in our power to do so.
