If you are noisy and attention-seeker, you will eventually make it. If you want to double-work, just make this as a side income. (as most of your US counterparts do, but since I'm not there anymore, there is no one to expose you~)

Cons

It's only a matter of time when this company will die. CEO sucks at judgement and Engineering Manager is so useless. They come online, assign tasks, go offline. But all your updates are their increments anyway since they are your managers. HAHA. They will eventually see you as a threat when you speak up against their inactivity.
