      internal barriers abound because everyone is too worried about what the founder would say about each decision, so generally most leaders default to no decision

      Good benefits and unlimited time off. Full remote environment.

      Cons

      Within my less than 2 years of working in this organisation I’ve seen 3 rounds of layoffs without warning, there is a lack of sense of stability. The contract is also designed in a way whereas Tanium would bear little cost in an event of termination. Management seems to be always changing and there’s different strategy every other month. (But this is common among fast growing startups)
