- if the assistant general manager doesn’t like you and you don’t kiss up to them, you will be on their bad side, they will lie about how you work & get you fired - the hours and money are not worth it (YOUR PAYCHECK COMES FROM TIPS!! Base pay is $7.25 BEFORE TAX) bc it is a self serve bar and people don’t want to tip (EX: 7pm-2am plus you have to clean so you’ll be there until 3am!!! And not even make $200 in tips) You also have to split tips with EVERYONE on shift even if they don’t do closing shift with you and only worked during the day!!!!!!!!!!! - YOU HAVE TO CLEAN BATHROOMS FULLY AND MOP THE ENTIRE BAR and the Tapster Philly is a HUGE bar. - absolutely 0 communication with employees and they don’t listen to employees availabilities for scheduling - your work/life balance will be bad because you work so late for little money

Long cleaning list but expected to complete like a Nascar pit crew, poor communication from top down, does not perform any corrections prior to termination.
