Good company to start your career with, lots to learn, management do allow you to apply your mind and work independently. if you are hard working and goal driven you get the opportunity. you can learn and grow.
Cons
salary in never on time its normally a month late.

Here office hour are prolonged 12 hours regularly and 2sunday till 1pm.very poor balance with family and Carreer time.
