The other team members are lovely, flexible hours.
Cons
it was super micromanaged, managers were happy to stand around and bark useless instructions and work employees to their breaking points. No staff incentives AT ALL- minimum wage, minimum training, hours were often changed without asking first, owners CONSTANTLY watch the cameras and will then message you to complain about things you'd literally just done. also, complete lack of diversity but that's just because they'd hire anyone who applied
